Tingley Fit Run – Are a group of runners in the Ardsley area who like to get fit and have fun!  they currently run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  There is no pressure to do all the sessions, or even attend each week, you can pick and choose to suit you please check their website for more infomation Tingley Fit Run
